Mastering Stress and Building Resilience

While staying in the "comfort zone" can provide a sense of security, if we do not actively expand it, this range will gradually shrink.

People generally adopt three mindsets when dealing with stress: stress reduction, stress resistance, and stress enhancement. Stress reduction is a passive approach, stress resistance represents a proactive life attitude, and appropriate stress enhancement reflects the correct outlook on life. However, stress enhancement must be done appropriately to avoid "acute breakdown" or "chronic fatigue."

In this course, I will help you gradually expand your comfort zone, steadily improving your stress resistance and psychological resilience. You will reflect on your comfort zone in areas such as emotions, self-confidence, habits, and interpersonal relationships. By viewing challenges as opportunities for growth and facing them proactively, you will continuously expand your comfort zone, strengthen your stress resistance, and significantly enhance your resilience.
