Resolving Envy and Jealousy

When envy is not addressed constructively, it can evolve into jealousy - a deeper, more destructive emotion that encompasses feelings of inferiority, insecurity, and loss. It may even drive individuals to engage in destructive behaviors in an attempt to appease their internal dissatisfaction. Jealousy causes emotional pain, strains relationships, and ultimately harms the individual.

Through self-reflection and self-affirmation exercises, you will learn to let go of resentment and jealousy, rebuild a positive self-identity, transform jealousy into motivation, and develop healthy emotional management strategies.
